11 AM - 2 PM - Black belt grading

6 PM - 8 PM - IIC begins (with color belts)

  • Students should start lining up by 5:40 PM

9 AM - 3 PM - International Instructors Course (black stripes and above)

3 PM - 5:30 PM - Team USA Training

5:30 PM - Dinner Reservation at Cloverleaf Tavern

  • Location: 395 Bloomfield Ave, Caldwell, NJ 07006

  • Price: $50 (includes 2 drink tickets, gratuity included)

  • See Master Malefyt for payment

  • The top floor of the restaurant has been reserved for participants that have submitted a Tul World reservation form. Tul World is no longer taking reservations; however, participants can still submit a dinner reservation directly through Cloverleaf Taverns website.

Additional Notes

  • All participants must be in full Dobok.  

  • Be respectful and say sir / ma’am when addressing other participants.  

  • We will not break for lunch. Bring snacks and water.
